宿泊約款

第1条（適用範囲）
Article 1 (Scope of Application)

  1. 本約款は、THE ZK WEST COAST（以下「当館」といいます。）が提供する宿泊契約およびこれに関連する取引に適用されます。
    These Terms and Conditions apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements between THE ZK WEST COAST (“the Hotel”) and its guests.
  2. 当館と宿泊者との間で別途特約を締結した場合、その特約が本約款に優先して適用されます。
    Any special agreements made between the Hotel and the Guest shall take precedence over these Terms.
  3. 本約款に定めのない事項については、法令または一般慣習によるものとします。
    Matters not provided for herein shall be governed by laws and ordinances or by customary practice.

第2条（宿泊契約の申込み）
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Contract)

  1. 宿泊を希望される方は、次の事項をお申し込みください。
    Guests wishing to make a reservation are required to provide:
    1. 宿泊者の氏名、住所、電話番号 / Name, address, and contact details
    2. 宿泊日および到着予定時刻 / Date of stay and estimated arrival time
    3. 宿泊人数 / Number of guests
    4. その他当館が必要と認める事項 / Any other information deemed necessary by the Hotel
  2. 宿泊契約は、当館が申込みを承諾した時点で成立します。
    The accommodation contract shall be deemed concluded when the Hotel accepts the Guest’s request.
  3. 当館は、予約金の支払いを求める場合があります。支払いがない場合、契約を解除することがあります。
    The Hotel may require an advance deposit. If payment is not received by the due date, the Hotel may cancel the reservation.

第3条（宿泊登録）
Article 3 (Registration)

宿泊者は、到着時に次の事項を登録してください。
Upon arrival, guests must register the following information:

  1. 氏名、住所、電話番号 / Name, address, and phone number
  2. 国籍および旅券番号（外国籍の方のみ）/ Nationality and passport number (for non-Japanese guests)
  3. その他当館が必要とする事項 / Other details deemed necessary by the Hotel

ただし、事前チェックイン（チェックイン日の2週間前から可能）を完了している場合は、フロントでの記入は不要です。

However, guests who have completed the online pre-check-in (available up to two weeks prior to arrival) are not required to fill out these forms at the front desk.

第4条（チェックインおよびチェックアウト）
Article 4 (Check-in and Check-out)

  1. チェックインは15:00から、チェックアウトは11:00までとします。
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.
  2. チェックアウトは、案内紙のQRコードよりオンラインで手続きが可能です。
    Check-out can be completed by scanning the QR code printed on the information sheet with your smartphone.
  3. チェックアウト時間を超える場合、追加料金が発生する場合があります。
    Late check-out may result in additional charges.
  4. 無断延長は不法占有とみなし、退去を求める場合があります。
    Unauthorized stay beyond check-out time may be treated as unlawful occupancy.

第5条（宿泊料金等の支払い）
Article 5 (Payment of Accommodation Charges)

  1. 宿泊料金は、チェックインまたはチェックアウト時にお支払いください。
    Accommodation charges must be paid at check-in or check-out.
  2. 支払いはクレジットカード、QRコード決済、または当館指定の方法で行います。
    Payments may be made by credit card, QR payment, or other methods specified by the Hotel.
  3. オンライン宿泊予約サイト経由の場合は、各サイトの利用規約が優先します。
    For reservations via online booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda), their terms shall prevail.

第6条（宿泊契約の解除）
Article 6 (Cancellation of Accommodation Contract)

  1. 宿泊者が契約を解除する場合は、当館のキャンセルポリシーに基づき違約金を申し受けます。
    Guests who cancel a reservation are subject to cancellation fees according to the Hotel’s policy.
  2. 当日20時までに連絡がない場合、不泊として宿泊料100％を申し受けます。
    If no notice is received by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, 100% of the total room charge will be billed as a no-show fee.
  3. 天災・設備故障等により宿泊提供が困難な場合、既払金を全額返金いたします。
    In the event of force majeure preventing accommodation, any prepayments will be refunded in full.
  4. 当館都合による契約解除の場合、宿泊者に不利益が生じないよう対応します。
    Should the Hotel cancel the contract for its own reasons, the Guest will not be charged any penalty.

第7条（宿泊の拒否）
Article 7 (Refusal of Accommodation)

当館は、次の各号に該当する場合、宿泊をお断りまたは退館を求めることがあります。
The Hotel may refuse or terminate accommodation in the following cases:

  1. 暴力団関係者、薬物使用者、他の宿泊者に迷惑を及ぼすおそれがある場合
    When the guest is affiliated with organized crime, under the influence of drugs, or likely to disturb other guests
  2. 伝染病の疑いがある場合
    When the guest is suspected of having an infectious disease
  3. 宿泊約款や利用規則に違反した場合
    When the guest violates these Terms or the Hotel’s rules
  4. 天災・設備故障等により宿泊が困難な場合
    When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disaster or facility failure
  5. 不正手段で予約を行った場合
    When the reservation was made by fraudulent means

第8条（館内利用および禁止事項）
Article 8 (Use of Facilities and Prohibited Acts)

  1. 全館禁煙（電子タバコ含む）です。喫煙は指定場所のみ可能です。
    Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the Hotel. A designated area is provided at each building.
  2. 騒音・悪臭・危険行為など、他の宿泊者に迷惑を及ぼす行為は禁止します。
    Loud noise, unpleasant odors, or any actions disturbing others are strictly prohibited.
  3. ペット（介助犬を除く）は館内にお連れいただけません。
    Pets are not allowed (except service animals).
  4. 客室備え付けのスリッパは室内専用です。
    Room slippers are for in-room use only.
  5. 火気・キャンドル・花火等の持込み・使用は禁止します。
    No open flames, candles, or fireworks are allowed on the premises.
  6. 暴力・脅迫・薬物使用などが確認された場合、即時退館いただきます。
    Violent behavior, threats, or drug use will result in immediate eviction.

第9条（宿泊に関する注意事項）
Article 9 (General Notes on Stay)

  1. 宿泊は予約時に申告された人数に限ります。
    The number of guests per room must not exceed that stated in the reservation.
  2. 宿泊者以外の客室内立入は禁止します。
    Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
  3. 貴重品はセーフティボックスをご利用ください。紛失・盗難に関し責任を負いません。
    Please store valuables in the in-room safe. The Hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
  4. 天災・停電・通信障害等によるサービス停止について当館は責任を負いません。
    The Hotel shall not be liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters or power failures.

第10条（設備・備品の取扱い）
Article 10 (Handling of Equipment and Fixtures)

  1. 備品の破損・紛失・汚損があった場合、実費をご請求します。
    Guests will be charged for any damage, loss, or contamination of Hotel property.
  2. 備品の館外持出しは禁止します。
    Hotel items must not be removed from the premises.
  3. 露天風呂利用時はお湯の溢れに注意し、水着の着用を推奨します。
    When using outdoor baths, please avoid overflow and wear swimwear for privacy.

第11条（Wi-Fiの利用）
Article 11 (Wi-Fi Usage)

  1. 無料Wi-Fiを提供しております。接続方法は客室内案内をご参照ください。
    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; connection details are provided in-room.
  2. 客室専用ネットワーク（例：SSID「ZK_202」）をご利用ください。
    Please connect only to your designated room network (e.g., “ZK_202”).
  3. 他室ネットワークへのアクセスは禁止します。
    Accessing other room networks or casting devices is prohibited.
  4. 通信の安全性やデータ損失について、当館は責任を負いません。
    The Hotel is not responsible for data loss or connection issues.

第12条（共用設備の利用）
Article 12 (Use of Shared Facilities)

洗濯機 / Laundry

  • ホテル棟4階に設置（無料）/ Located on the 4th floor, available free of charge.
  • 利用時間：7:00〜22:00 / Available 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • 洗剤は当館備付を使用してください。/ Use provided detergent only.
  • 蓋の開閉は禁止・終了後は速やかに取り出してください。/ Do not open lid during operation; remove laundry promptly.
  • 衣類の破損・紛失について責任を負いません。/ The Hotel is not liable for damage or loss of laundry.

ルーフトップサウナ / Rooftop Sauna

  • 事前予約制・貸切制 / Reservation and private-use only.
  • 飲酒後・体調不良時は利用禁止 / Do not use after drinking or when unwell.
  • ガラス製品・電子機器の持込禁止 / No glassware or electronic devices inside.
  • 長時間利用を控え、水分補給を行ってください。/ Stay hydrated and avoid excessive use.

第13条（飲食サービス）
Article 13 (Food and Beverage Service)

  1. ルームサービスは指定時間内で承ります。/ Room service is available during designated hours.
  2. ご注文後のキャンセルはできません。/ Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  3. アレルギーをお持ちの方は事前にお知らせください。/ Please inform staff of any allergies.
  4. 食事は速やかにお召し上がりください。/ Please consume meals promptly after delivery.
  5. 食器類はドア前にまとめてご返却ください。/ Return tableware to your room door after use.

第14条（フリードリンクサービス）
Article 14 (Free Drink Service)

  1. ホテル棟2階ロビーに設置しております。/ Located in the 2nd-floor lobby.
  2. 客室内でお楽しみください。館外への持出はご遠慮ください。/ For in-room enjoyment only; do not take beverages outside.
  3. 内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。/ Offerings may change without notice.

第15条（安全・衛生管理）
Article 15 (Safety and Sanitation)

  1. 緊急時はフロントへご連絡ください。/ Contact the front desk in emergencies.
  2. 非常時はスタッフの指示に従ってください。/ Follow staff instructions during emergencies.
  3. 客室内での調理は禁止します。/ Cooking inside guest rooms is prohibited.
  4. 館内は防犯カメラを常時作動させています。/ Security cameras operate throughout the premises.

第16条（損害賠償）
Article 16 (Compensation for Damage)

宿泊者が故意または過失により当館に損害を与えた場合、賠償を請求します。
The Hotel may claim compensation if the Guest intentionally or negligently causes damage.

第17条（免責事項）
Article 17 (Disclaimer)

  1. 天災・停電・通信障害等によりサービスが停止した場合、当館は責任を負いません。
    The Hotel shall not be liable for service interruption due to natural disasters, power failures, or communication issues.
  2. 貴重品の紛失・データ損失等についても責任を負いません。
    The Hotel is not responsible for lost valuables or digital data loss.

第18条（遺失物の取扱い）
Article 18 (Lost and Found)

忘れ物は一定期間保管し、法令に基づいて処分します。
Lost items will be kept for a prescribed period and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

第19条（準拠法および合意管轄）
Article 19 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本約款は日本法に準拠し、当館所在地を管轄する神戸地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Kobe District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
